TDK Petroleum was founded in 2012 with a single guiding principle: cut out the middlemen. From the start, we built our business on direct relationships with refineries rather than broker chains — because that's how you get transparent pricing, reliable supply, and documentation that holds up to scrutiny.
In 2023, we relocated our headquarters to Dubai to be closer to the refineries we work with. Our Amsterdam office handles European relationships and supports buyers in EU markets. Together, the two offices give us coverage across the working day from Asia to North America.
We trade refined fuels, aviation fuels, and crude oil under an authorized partnership with a major Middle Eastern producer. The partnership gives us direct refinery access — which means we don't quote prices we hope to source at, we quote prices for product we know is available.
For smaller parcels and time-sensitive shipments, we operate our own storage facility in Dubai and a dedicated vessel. For larger volumes, we co-ordinate directly through the refinery's loading programmes. Both paths give buyers the same thing: refinery-grade product, refinery-grade documentation, and a single point of accountability.
We don't operate in broker chains. Every barrel we trade comes through our authorized partnership, with refinery documentation attached. If we can't source it directly, we won't sell it.
